GBSimply exceptional service I have three websites that I host with Big Scoots, and honestly the service is exceptional. I am awful with Wordpress and they've even gone out of their way to help me. I always get a response within 5 minutes, and they always sort the issue. Not only that but if my website is down, they alert me straight away. I've worked with many website hosts, they're by far the BEST. No comparison in my opinion. Best regards, Becky

GBUPDATED Review UPDATE 24 Mar 2023 I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars as the company has been great so far, so I am updating my review. There hasn't been any downtime and they are helpful when needed. UPDATE 23 Aug 2022 I changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars, as the CEO has contacted me, explained me that this was an extraordinary event that only affected my server and it will not happen again. He also offered 3 months free. They have been ok up until this event which is why I am updating the review, and if it doesn't happen again, I will revise it. Aug 11, 2022 Do not fall for the 99.99% Uptime Guarantee. Both of my websites are down for more than 5 hours and nobody is doing anything to resolve this. A refund of a month's fee is worthless when your sites are down for that long. I'm losing a lot more than their monthly fee.

AUI have been with Bigscoots for 2 years… I have been with Bigscoots for 2 years now after moving from Kinsta. They are the premium option for sure when it comes to performance. The customer service is just slightly behind Kinsta who have a very high standard but when called upon can go 'above and beyond' to fix bugs. Justin and Scott (the owners) are guns.
