Ask allot of questions Upon procuring this software, I anticipated a tool that would enhance my workflow based on its described features and capabilities. Regrettably, the reality has been markedly different. The software has demonstrated consistent instability, with frequent crashes disrupting my tasks. The user interface, while designed with a modern aesthetic, lacks the intuitive structure necessary for efficient operation. Furthermore, I noted the absence or malfunction of several features that were prominently advertised. My attempts to liaise with Peter yielded limited results, with prolonged response times and insufficient solutions. It is disconcerting to allocate both time and financial resources to a product with the expectation of improved efficiency, only to be met with a series of complications. I would strongly advise potential users to exercise caution when considering this software. It may be prudent to await a more refined version or to explore alternative tools that have proven reliability. Coaches, there are no leads, as there are only a handful of businesses using the software, which are all the founder's friends.

The right combination of easy to use… The right combination of easy to use but as detailed as you want it to get. I like the pre-loaded KPI categories and benchmarks per industry and for the personal goals that are common for leaders.

Best business operating software I have ever used The software is so easy to use, has great features, helps me run my meetings effectively in a short amount of time, and keeps my team focused. As a leader, the focus on KPIs is more valuable to my company than anything I ever have used and beats the heck out of spreadsheets. I know that we are focusing our attention in the right places. I don’t know any other software that we could be using that truly helps me focus on what really matters to move my company forward. And, even if there was, I wouldn’t even consider it over this one.

It's very easy to track progress towards the KPI targets, delegate action items, capture notes associated with action items, and to report status so that I can focus on areas that are off plan. Since it's designed specifically for business operations, no workarounds are required. It's also very flexible as the KPIs, action items, tasks, and meetings are fully customizable. The system is incredibly user friendly with training videos and Chat Bot tips offered right where you are (no need to exit and come back) as well as Catipult University. It's amazing how fast this gets companies focused on the right things, transforming businesses into world class companies, and making life better for business owners, their teams, clients, stakeholders, and families.
