The live support is either incredibly slow I'm in the midst of the installation process, and while the product seems promising, there's a noticeable lack of detailed information regarding its capabilities and procedures. The live support is either incredibly slow or completely unresponsive, and it's becoming quite frustrating.

Good efficient copier Found the copier quite good and straight forward once all steps are followed. Support was second to none when needed, they were very quick in assisting and letting me know exactly what changes are needed in the settings and answered any questions I had to make sure it worked as I expected. Overall my experience was ( and still is) very good with the company.
