AddEvent perfectly solves our problem… AddEvent perfectly solves our problem of wanting to find the easiest possible way for our audience to add an event to their calendar. Covering every calendar type and reducing the friction to be able to add events has meant that more people have our events on their calendars, more people turn up and less people comment on having missed events. Their customer service team have been great and I was quite surprised at how quickly the implemented a feature I requested (maybe just lucky)

A part of our team We asked a technical question before becoming a customer. We received a response within an hour and were told the integration we'd inquired about (Zapier) would be expanded within a week (which it was). We've been using AddEvent for six months now and that level of support has persisted. The product is fantastically built, reliable, and robust with the support team always being an email away. They're constantly adding new features as a result of feedback and have become what feels like an extension of our development team.

High Recommendation for AddEvent We decided to use AddEvent for a few reasons. Two of those include the ability to customize the event and control PII. Another reason we chose AddEvent was because we were able to add an accessibility feature to the event page, which keeps our company compliant. Finally, they don’t use (or sell) our event list for their marketing. Beyond features, we’ve found the support staff to be very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

REMARKABLE customer service REMARKABLE customer service. I had a question over the weekend, and one of the company’s founders created a short video message personally for me to answer my question. In addition, Michael Nilsson even put the snippet of code into my template to make it work the way I wanted it to work. This kind of empathy and care for the customers’ experience isn’t found many places today. Amazing. Thank you, Michael.
