I especially like the fact that I can create traces that match my estimating program and so far have not had a problem with how many I can have. The pattern search is more accurate than the two other programs I have used. The support team is fast to respond usually within an hour or sooner and very knowledgeable. They get things fixed in no time. My problems have usually been self-created but they get it fixed no matter what!

Most inefficient takeoff software on the market by far! It does a good job at take off, but it is hands down the most inefficient takeoff software in existence. Most days i just want to slit my own throat because of this software. If i work a 14 hour day lets say, then 4 or more hours of that is waiting on, or dealing with some issue with etakeoff. I hate it.

zoom issue I wish the marking on the drawings stayed the same in relation to the drawing and didn't get larger and smaller as you zoomed in or out. Would like to mark piping drawings to show scope and send it to suppliers.
