In all circumstances avoid this company I have used this company for the form on my ecommerce website. When we launched the website in June 2023 we noticed the checkout abandoned rate was very high. We contacted POWR who escalated the issue with their QA team and said everything looks good to them and there are no issues. I was adamant we had a problem and today after a customer complaint, we have found that having '&' sign in your main product/service on the form will mean the customer cannot place a order and will get a 'Bad Math' error code. I have lost 10 customers since June which is a loss of £400. I have other problems with the form and checkout which i have emailed POWR about several times and they just don't want to help. There is no contact number to call them so if there is a urgent issue there is no way to get it resolved quick. I emailed POWR about the 'Bad Math' error code this morning and still have not heard anything back. I found the solution and removed the '&' sign by reading a article on their website. In all circumstances avoid this company.

Doesn't allow large images It's a nice add on, but I tried to change color settings multiple times, and it didn't change the code no matter how many times I changed the colors and recopied the code. It also won't let my customers add images that are normal file sizes...
