My recent expreiance with Vitaman.com… My recent expreiance with Vitaman.com was almolst good. Even though the product selection is not extensivve, I was abble to find what I wanted. The check-out process was smoth and easy. I found the prices to be resonbable. The customer servce team was relarively helpful if you took time out to contct them. There are, however, a few aspects of the websit that i would like to imporve. The navgiation is not always intuitive and I have had to sarch for some products. There are also some typos and splling mistakes which could be better corrected. Overral, I had a satisfactory experiance and would not hesitat to shop from this stor again.

I have ordered the Moisturizing shampoo… I have ordered the Moisturizing shampoo several times and absolutely love it. This time I combined a reorder of that product with a new order for Hair Food hoping that would be better for my thinning hair and often dry scalp. I have not been disappointed. Hair Food is an exceptional product and can be rinsed out or left in depending on how the hair and scalp are feeling that day. It has already made a big difference in just a short time. I can highly recommend Hair Food, especially for those who need more volume or weight.

I explained my issue with my recent shipment and confusion on my part not needing as subscription or auto shipment for styling crème and he assisted with my return. I have a number of VITAMAN products that I enjoy today and look forward to being happy customer in future.

Ingredients are great, not really effective styling tools. Ingredients are great, but hair creme doesn't do much for style with my medium length slightly wavy hair. The leave in conditioner works better than the creme for styling but still not effective enough for me to switch over. It was an expensive experiment, but I had to at least give the company a shot. I will most likely continue to use the Leave in as it does make my hair soft, so it is a perfect tool for casual post beach days.

Awesome response to a problem with my order The delivery was fine, but when I opened the box, the hair gel container was not sealed properly, and the unit leaked. Also, the shampoo I received was a problem because I couldn't get the pump to function and had to take the pump out and pour the shampoo onto my hand while having my shower. However, after sending my concerns, VITAMAN responded quickly and replaced the products without hassle or delay. That's more than I expected, and it made me a dedicated customer!
