Dishonest license, rude support. The software is fine, though over-priced for what it is. However, their so-called 'perpetual (lifetime) license' is nothing of the sort. They refuse to honour it. Not only that, they are downright rude when you have the audacity to ask them to do so.

I purchased my first license in 2004… I purchased my first license in 2004 when the software was called Sendstudio. It's been twenty years, I use it for several projects and I'm 100% satisfied. Excellent and fast assistance, with maximum software customization. I know almost all the famous ESPs, because I deal with email marketing and specialize in Deliverability, I must recognize that Interspire has excellent potential for comparison, also given the continuous new developments. Excellent quality/price ratio alternative.

Using EmailMarketer for 16 years since 2008… I have been using the EmailMarketer app from Interspire since 2008. We have looked at other online systems (and tried one of them) whilst we were waiting for EM to be upgraded but have never been satisfied with them. Now we have the latest upgrade from Interspire we are very happy. As we use our own server hosted at OVHcloud, having EM makkes a lot of sense from an economics point of view. Buying and using EM is much less expensive than anything else we have seen where costs of doing a weekly email to 10k or more contacts can easily cost over £100 per month. We have also been impressed with the support system at Interspire along with the people behind it. You need to be just as careful using the other online systems as you do with EM when it comes to looking after your IP reputation. The other online systems also have some fancy reporting but the campaign statistics from EM are great and work really well for us. We will not have our heads turned by other systems in the future. The grass is not greener on the other side of the fence.
