GBThe products are great The products are great, prices seem reasonable, and when I could figure out how to search the questions I had, the information was valuable and thorough. The website is unwieldy, though. I would find accessories for a product with no direct link to that product; find good information but then not remember the exact search term I'd used and not be able to find that information again. I found I had to take pen-and-paper notes to keep track of where I'd been on the site and how to get back there.

GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE!!! I had a problem with my rewards that when I went to redeem points it glitches out and spent them on something I didn't want. I opened a chat box with my issue and received a response within 2 minutes outside of their normal hours then the rep fixed it all very quickly and answered the other questions I had aswell. They by far have the best customer service I have ever had the interact with. I would give them 10 stars if possible and cannot speak highly enough of them. I have had multiple interactions with their customer service and everytime it has been outstanding.

My wife and I were looking for our first strap-on harness and dildos, and SheVibe provided us product recommendations in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and alleviated our anxiety around making this purchase. They made it simple, but informative. Cannot recommend SheVibe enough. Alaska, Hudson, Tokyo, and Salem in the product specialist group were amazing.

CAWhen you need something not available elsewhere Good descriptions on the website helped me a lot. SheVibe was the only company that sold the item I needed to ensure that my female partner was comfortable. The item took just under 2 weeks to reach my country, but it got here safely.
