Hello Ma'am or Sir Hello Ma'am or Sir, The product I remember and have used for years as well as recommending it to others is a long lost dream. This last batch that I bought has dropped in quality tremendously. A product that I remembered as being thick in texture, rich and pungent in smell and flavor, pure in color with the consistency of molasses is now reduced to.... Well I am at a loss for words. It's really sad that people sell out and cut corners. WOW! UNBELIEVABLE! BUT WHAT ELSE IS NEW.

I cannot attest to quality--I just purchased and began using since combing out my dreadlocks, but Im excited to use and will more than likely be a long time customer.
