Absolutely BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICES Mailbox on my domain had stopped forwarding my emails to my collecting email address & couldn't log in to my dashboard. Emailed customer services and they dealt with & resolved the issue >>> within 4 Hours. Have had my personal domain with RSH for 15years - says it all really .... ie renewed domain for 3yrs for 5 TIMES.
