On top of that, they added too many plugins to my website without my consent, which only added to the slow loading times. Worst support team I wish there was half star to give..one of the worst support looks like support team does not have answer of any question they keep repeating the same wording without understanding the problem customer is facing . One of the escape support team will chat with you for 30 minutes then they disappear and come back suddenly and say our shift is over. I suggest never going for bionicwp one of the worst support team.

Really Appreciate Bionic Support The support time at Bionic is incredibly responsive. I rarely have to wait very long for someone to respond, and they stick with me until the issue is resolved. Thankfully, there are rarely problems with this platform. But when I do encounter one it's great to have a team that is ready to help!
