BGThis AI has become my favourite to… This AI has become my favourite to write pieces of copy. It can make e-mails and threads and the best part of it is that it actually makes it sound human.

ZMDeserves 5 stars but why i can't give them I have been test driving Tugan since i found it a couple of months ago. So far, it's delivered interesting and balanced outputs on topics of interest to me. I have enjoyed the URL to Twitter Thread functionality especially, as i have many areas of interest that i do not necessarily want to spend hours upon hours generating content for. It's brilliant. However, i found a gem of an article - for me, gem is usually something that the 'now internet' is trying to scrub from the 'before internet', and wanted to share its content as objectively as i have shared all others, only to have the most diatribe-ridden and blatantly biased vitriol emerge in response. The article had context, content, and references, but the resultant post was an attack on a person's character and that of anyone that thinks the thoughts he thinks. I am not combative, and so I really do not wish to make a big deal of what might be an oversight or a mistake.. or something that can be remedied without any big blowout. The link was to an interesting piece that share Robert F Kennedy Jr.'s experience in the legal remediation field. Tugan's output was a vitriolic personal attack on RFK as a conspiracy theorist that made me ask, "On what planet is this even remotely a fair reflection or spinning of the content of the original article?" The generated thread content was also full of triggering terms like "Anti-vaxx"/ "Anti-vaxxer" that do not appear in the article's content AT ALL. This disappointed me. I had heard of ChatGPT's showing of politically left-wing biases but considering that this platform has the potential to serve to ease the work of content generation for layman and professional alike - which MUST show NO biases, this level of biased output was horrifying. I wrote all the above feedback (with additional details and a request for any information that could help me understand how the bias had come about or what could be done to exclude bias from its protocol) in an email and got no response whatsoever from hello (at) tugan.ai That fact (i.e. non-responsiveness to what i thought was constructive observation-based feedback), plus the biased output sadly makes me have to, much as i love Tugan, drop its rating from what would have been a clear 5-star rating to a 3-star rating. i am not an American and have no horse in America's political race, so no one should waste their breath thinking I'm a Right-Wing or Left-Wing blah di blah. i'd just love to see AI that just tells it like it is. That's all.
