I needed help three times for some things I didn't understand. The tickets were answered professionally and quickly, and my questions were answered correctly. The only concern I have is sustainability. I hope that they can make their business model work - I'd like to be a customer for a while!

Well customer service is awful Well customer service is awful. I essentially was chat down to by the rep. I became a client today! Instead of being having compassion and understanding I was talked down to. I am not computer savvy like most folks but the response I got was terrible. I simply was confused about there platform. Its hard to maneuver for me and get the answers I need. Not getting anywhere with it. Very disappointed
