Any issues that arise are dealt with lightning fast through the on site support ticket system. Nick (the owner and all round legend) does more than just deal with VPS issues as he's even helped me try and find solutions to issues I was having with my MT5 terminal and an EA. I'm not even sure that's his job but he did it anyway! I have a couple friends who will be needing a VPS soonish, I know where I'll be sending them to!
