Very happy paying off my debt I like the service so far, the app’s really helped me manage my debt for almost a year. I paid 3 chase credit cards off and my credit score is way up but I’m really hoping they can help me dispute 2 other accounts from capital one and an agency called portfolio recovery that’s not mine that I keep getting calls for… I was victim of identity fraud and they’ve been helping me. The process was simple and the calls already stopped, now they’re making sure the account is removed from my credit report!

I'm glad I found this app!!!! UPDATE! Have i got an update for you! One that has made my entire month! I just got off the phone with Jared (my account manager) and he explained to me the reasons why my account had been overlooked. It was one of the most apologetic, sincere conversations I've had in a while. Not only did he address all of my concerns, he was able to pay off the rest of my credit card! I never expected them to do so, but this gesture is beyond anything, any company has ever done for me. Best customer service and help with my loans The process was very easy overall, I was able to cut my debt by $5028 and everything was smooth and fast. I really appreciated that they also helped me out with a small loan to get my car fixed even though my credit score is not that great. The app takes a little bit of time to get used to and I had a few questions about the service at first but their customer service was very helpful and even gave me a call to walk me through everything. I feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders with this new plan
