EDIT: You no doubt see PG's founder did indeed offer to respond; I sent him my email communications chain that was already in progress (twice) and received no response. Reducing to one star for that.

It doesn't matter if it's problems with logins, wanting advice on software or just help with selecting the right products that meet your needs! They have a large selection of 'vetted' software on LTD offers, and even free LTD's, plus active communities on FaceBook, WhatsApp, and Discord, to name a few, and is so contactable with a DM. If you decide that the software, etc., does not suit your requirements, then there's a no hassle refund process (within a set trial period), which makes it such an easy process. Potential for better future - Few great deals but not adequate customer support I will only focus on two factors, first, how well curated and property vetted the deals are and second customer support. In terms of deals, there have been very good deals like BrainCert and Nuelink, So bravo to PG for bringing these good deals like but there is a lot to be desired in terms of diversity of these deals as well quality but I believe things will improve soon. Customer support needs to be improved a lot. Responses to the queries regarding the deals and engaging the founders in these responses is very critical, this is where PG can improve. with regards to the interface there is a lot to be desired. For e.g. under purchases I can't click on the link to get back to the deal page. Introducing categories like social media, AI writers etc will help a lot more as well
