GBThe rare exception to otherwise difficult to find talent We've used many, many contracting services, and before Roraima, we came to expect that they would be uninspired, slow, and not as competent as internal hires; we've all been there. We went in thinking Roraima would be the same, have them come in just for a few weeks, and then have to find someone new. Holy moly, they've been with us for many many months now, and they are there with you as a real team member (sometimes in the weeds more than our average team member). They are wicked smart, competent, fast, caring, show up, and take responsibility and ownership of their work. They really echo what it means to have great contractors.
