GBExcellent customer service I have made purchases with BundleHunt in the past and never had a reason to contact them, but with the most recent, there was one app that didn't work properly, one that I couldn't download securely, and one (completely my fault) that I realized I didn't need because I already had a similar app. They quickly responded and refunded all three with no questions asked. Excellent customer service.

CHBundlehunt is very reactive Bundlehunt is very reactive. Together with the developer of the app (MacPlus Software) they worked out to solve a problem of licence and email address which was not recognized. I would have given it six stars,… but there are only five !

TRProduct not good? You can request the refund! The support team is efficient, and their service is great. Sometimes, the product is not as good as expected or not as good as the description said; I can request a refund via email. That's a very good policy for buyers!
