I had used Mind Body online before and one of the biggest issues was that I was unable to actually process payments through their system but I was referred to Dotbooker by a friend and I am so glad I changed my provider. My work has reduced significantly as its processing all my memberships and payments automatically and I just have to view the reports and help grow my business. I also love their payroll tool which is much more powerful than Mindbody online and all the other systems I have used. Over all I am extremely confident and happy to recommend Dotbooker to anyone who is looking for a robust reservation system.
