They do not provide refund I requested the cancellation and refund, which was denied, since my card was charged by adding funds to the account, but they refuse to make the refund. Terrible billing service

I am very happy with FrogeHost I am very happy with FrogeHost! From before I even became a customer, their customer service was awesome and promptly replied. They were able to answer all of my questions, and easily switched my cPanel files and info to DirectAdmin (which I like much better than cPanel!) I highly recommend FrogeHost! I am glad I made the switch to them. :)
