I have never seen being down for 48 hours+ before! I have been with these guys for a couple of years now and they have been quite good and of great value but just like the previous person, all my systems have been down for 2 days. They say it's local damage to the ISP or their connection to the internet, but I have been in this space since 1996 and I have never ever seen a system down this long, not even back then. I also will update this once it's resolved or not. Does anyone know who the actual prinicples are in this business?? their domain seems to be registered in Toronto...

All my sites are gone All my sites are gone, they are saying that is an ISP problem but doesn't seem like it. now after 2 days of downtime they say that my clients hosted phishing sites and that is why they dont give me backups for any of the sites, i think they have another problem and they dont have anything to say other than that
