I was totally excited to see the information and history of the home I reside in ... 1915 is very old. For $1.00 I thought what the heck ,might get at least 1 answer and low and behold I received all the answers i had about my property and home and even recived answers i hadnt counted on . it was great and no scam or fine print to reel you into things you could get reeled into as hidden commitments you wouldnt see till the company bills and helps themselves to your bank account . this was on the up and up.

Where were you before I listed my house for sale! Wish I had used this 5 months ago, before I paid $400 for an appraisal, and gave listing to a realtor without such number crunching skills. I don't like offer of Premium Access at $180/year buried in the middle of getting my report.
