GBI turned on my comp the next day I turned on my comp the next day, the same problem I called About still existed until I rebooted 3 times. Then all my icons were messed up, most of my logins, were missing! the same with my wifes comp. Not what I would call a great tech serviced. HP will be advised of the problem.
