GBUnethical company running false advertising ads Running ad that states "Plagiarism Checker | Free Fast Accurate - Quetext" in the heading. Email required to sign up. No useable (small word minimum) free plagiarism checker on site, just an offer to upgrade to Pro. Classic bait and switch on new users. Going back to Grammarly.

PLBest Plaigirarism checker on the market For the past 4 years, Quetext has been a valuable source in the academia world. As an acadmic myself, I appreciate the way that Quetext would pick out certain discrepancies in the work itself and even ones it was not certain of! I highly recommend this app and will return to it once I move onto my PhD. I appreciate the way that it would highlight not only direct quotes but language that may seem problematic.

GBDoesn't detect plagarism I was suspicious of the plagarism score as I had some direct quotes in my work, and my refernces didn't flag up either. Did a test run where I copy and pasted whole chunks of several articles and it didn't flag them at all. Maybe the data fed to the machine is for a specific area if academia, but was not useful for me (Allied health- Speech and Language). Cancelled my subscription, don't bother getting one

GBExcellent customer service I hadn’t realised I had signed up for Quetext pro until I noticed a monthly subscription payment going out. When I contacted Quetext, a very helpful member of the support team, named John, was able to locate the email address used for the account, cancel the subscription and get me a refund for the last month paid. I was very impressed by this high level of customer support.

GBFast response with solution in place. Fast response with solution in place. This made me happy with the choice I made in software. Within 30 minutes I had a reply from support and confirmation of issue resolution.
