GB24x7 Customer Support and I am sold. I was having trouble setting up the proxies in Chrome and the team took the time to walk me through the process. They also have a resource Q&A page exlaining all the technical bits and bobs from setting up proxies to managing your account. Since it's been only two weeks, I'm saving another star. If I see they're exceeding my expectations, I'll definitely give them a 5 star!

GBFRAUD! STAY AWAY! This is a fraudulent site. Please read the reviews--they were almost solely written on the same day and worded similarly. In some cases, the wording is just slightly changed. I found an authorized debit charge on my account from this site and investigated. I have reported the site to my bank and the governmental fraud department. Stay away from this site.
