Extremely Disappointed with Graphy's Lackluster Suppor My experience with Graphy has been nothing short of disappointing. I've received no valuable support since I joined their platform. The customer service is abysmal, and their IT support is virtually non-existent. I logged an issue two weeks ago, and it's still not resolved, with ongoing code issues. It's clear that they have little regard for their customers' needs, and urgency seems to hold no value for them whatsoever. Purchasing their product has turned out to be the biggest mistake I've made. While they may be cheap in terms of pricing, their service is equally cheap. I strongly discourage anyone looking for quality customer service from considering Graphy.

Terrible experience-It does have some obvious features but… It does have some obvious features but has many drawbacks which cause a loss of revenue. 1. The course builder is not easy to use and you cannot duplicate sections. Creating landing pages is a nightmare. 2. The Membership does not have a landing page, different plans or multi currency pricing, which makes it limited to the home market, causing loss of revenue. 3. The digital products can’t be included in membership, nor have proper landing page or multi currency pricing. 4. One cannot charge for webinars unless they are on V2 version where the website builder is not available(basic feature) 5. The support is slow and they do not answer to the point. They just dodge the questions that they do not have proper answers to.

Graphy feel mo…re customizable than Graphy feel more customizable than other platforms available in the market. This makes graphy a bit unique and most important thing is their support team. They are rapid fast and solved my issues with in minutes every single time. With proper updates, webinar about their products makes it feel easier to use around !

My goto learning management system Spayee has been my go to learning management platform for all the elearning sites that we've deployed. What I like the most is its robust suite of marketing tools ranging from affiliates to push messaging. Apart from that, the core LMS engine has also matured over the years. All it needs is a bit of UI polishing, everything else is already taken care of.
