Great customer service Great customer service! I've been using the tuneskit spotify converter since 2019. It has regular updates, and if I've ever had an issue (as I just did setting up a new laptop) support has been very responsive through email and has always been able to resolve my issue. The converter itself works great, audio quality is great as well. I DJ offgrid sometimes and NOT depending on an internet connection is the way to go. Cheers.

Tuneskit data recovery gave me hope… Tuneskit data recovery gave me hope although it was short-lived as the app could not recognize my device. Itunes has recognized it, I think it probably has to do with the fact that the device can only be recognized in recovery mode. I hope to figure out a way around this, hence why I am writing this review. Wish me luck :)

Useless software, useless money back guarantee Software (iOS System Recovery) did absolutely nothing - does not work at all. Emailed support who from the initial contact were very dismissive, and immediately stated this wouldn't be covered under money back guarantee etc... (I hadn't even asked at this point!)
