Worth the try. Ended up giving them a shot for the new (at the time of review) Palworld game and their customer support has been great when any problems occur. I recommend giving them a shot. Servers are pretty solid.

Superb support and services! First time hosting my own game server, went with Survival Servers because of price and good reviews. The support team has been superb in helping solve every little issue I have ever had, whether is sales or support related, answer is always right away and everyone is always very very helpful. Totally recommended for anyone who is interested in hosting own server! On another note, servers in Singapore have very fast speed when joining from Japan. Love you SS team! <3

The worst support ever. Horrible support. I recently bought a Dayz server and had technical issues, where we were never able to connect to the game server. I started a ticket with the support, but they never responded to my ticket at all. It's been the worst experience ever.

Great customer service Over the last few years I've had to contact their customer support a couple of times. They are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

Absolute trash server Absolute trash server. They lost months of data from our Minecraft game and failed to mention that they were unable to back it up until it was lost. What kind of server stops backing up data without telling the client ... and then proceeds to LOSE said data??
