Nothing but good things to say... Nothing but good things to say about KeepSolid. It takes a few adjustments to get used to it, but what technology doesn't, really ? And the very few times I had to get in touch with the costumer service, it's been to find out how reactive and efficient these guys are. Keep on, KeepSolid !

KeepSolid VPN use and service are outstanding! I have been using KeepSolid VPN Unlimited since the early days... 2015, in fact. At the time, I thought that if it worked for a year, it was good value for money. To my astonishment, the service just became better and better, is updated regularly, and now is faster and more reliable than those that my friends use today. This week, I needed to transfer my 9 year-old account to a new email address. Alexander and the Customer Support Team assisted me in less than a minute! They were curteous, keen to help and communicated promptly. Just remember to keep that original email confirming registration :). These levels of service and support are impossible to find these days. The KeepSolid folks stand behind their product. It goes without saying that I recommend KeepSolid without any hesitation.

Avid no real support ! Avid no real support ! Got a new account yesterday 4.23.24 My support requests or questions were closed without even answering them and I'm having issues and problems with my set up I have been using VPN for streaming for over 5 years and never accoutered such poor support
