Avid no real support ! Avid no real support ! Got a new account yesterday 4.23.24 My support requests or questions were closed without even answering them and I'm having issues and problems with my set up I have been using VPN for streaming for over 5 years and never accoutered such poor support

Using this service on all my devices… Using this service on all my devices (6) for many years now, and never had any major issues with it. Yes, sometimes it takes a little time to connect and it has problems with UK streaming sites. However, there are workarounds for most problems, you only have to ask the customer service team. Whenever I contacted them I got a swift and helpful response. Other IT companies could learn from them.

Their staff is the difference I don’t usually use my VPN software & when it suddenly didn’t work when I needed it most, I contacted support. Within minutes I was back up and running, they were extremely patient & thorough. And always responsive - every inquiry has gotten a response immediately. So If you’re thinking of getting a VPN, please keep in mind that no matter how good their servers or software is, if you can’t get it to work for you? It’s useless. And that’s why KeepSolid wins for me; their customer service is top notch.

Poor VPN I've so many issues with this VPN. Connection frequently get disconnect and try reconnect very slow. Most IP spam and can't access some websites, I feel very frustrating day by day that using this VPN. If you guys have choices you guys should try other VPN services like Cyber ghost or other well known VPN service provider better than this one.
