GBMX Record removal bug I have been trying to get a resolution to a bug in removing mx records so that I can properly set everything up with MS365. I was hopeful when text chat got back with me and assigned a ticket #. However, I am now days past getting a ticket # and still no resolution. I have reached out through the help chat several times to get a contact phone number to get my issue resolved and I get the run around and no actual help in fixing the issue. I tried to respond to the initial email with the ticket # and no response. I have had multiple domains setup with them for years and never needed support and it was smooth. However, their support group is lacking. Please provide a number so I can get issues resolved and not just put into limbo with only a ticket number.
