CAUnderwhelming, no auto captions or 4GB+ uploads For what you pay for with Kajabi, you get very little in terms of video capabilities. Uploads are limited to 4gb, and only 1080p. And there is no auto captions. The interface is outdated and customer service is mediocre at best with no phone service. For a company that brags about bringing in $1Bil through their platform we have found overall the experience to be quite underwhelming. It feels obtusely limited. Any video platform these days, including a Live ZOOM call, can create auto captions.

GBOver and above We've been in internet marketing for over twenty years but after dealing with some real show-stopping difficulties on our existing platforms, finding Kajabi has been like a breath of fresh air. So many features are making our job easier than we thought it could be. Even though there are a few limitations (compared to where we came from), the things they do well are the things that matter most to us. It's been well worth the switch, and they have been going over and above to help us utilize all the features and find ways to do everything we need to do.

GBThis company relies on hoards of people… This company relies on hoards of people trying to join pyramid schemes and launch courses. I was not in this pool. I am an educator who tested different platforms. I tried to cancel my account. I was told it was cancelled only to be put through 8 months of charges to the point of having customer service reps tell me in writing it is cancelled then in that same chain another rep telling me they can’t cancel it. Normally, a website would have an easy pause or cancel membership button. They don’t. They want to torture and bleed you for money. I had to take this up with my bank now. They don’t have any customer service phone lines they answer and that is also a red flag. They have highly varied pricing, so they don’t want you able to negotiate or talk to anyone. I work in big tech and this is hands down the worst tech company experience of my life. I never used their platform and still was charged for 8 months. Fraud. Predatory behavior. Customer abuse. Run!
