Dishonest and scammy I could not find any correspondence with them about placing an order, so I probably wanted to trial the product but did not opt to buy. What a shock when I saw a charge of $200 from jasper. I contacted their customer service many times, and nobody could find evidence of any order from me, so I disputed the charge. The credit card company did not honor the chargeback. What a scammy and dishonest way of doing business! No opt-in, no confirmation of purchase, and no evidence of any purchase. This type of business practice should be illegal. It is very upsetting.
