We are an MSP using TruGrid to manage… We are an MSP using TruGrid to manage remote desktop access for several customers from a single dashboard. We love their multi-tenant dashboard, single sign-on to AD, and integrated MFA. Setup takes about 30 minutes and their support is great.

Their zero trust configuration helps isolate a potentially dangerous user home device from the corporate network. More importantly it's 2FA required and utilizes the users known AD credentials. One password, 2FA and seconds later your have rdp access to the work pc. It was a life saver when COVID hit for our customers not equipped to mobilize.
