JOCompany asked me to send copy of my review before posting it + UPDATED REVIEW I am all for companies asking for unbiased reviews. That said, this is an extract of an email I got from the company: "I will happily add 50 additional monthly credits for the first review to your account until 2022 as a thank you gift. Then for every other review I will add 25 extra credits. Just share the screenshot of your comment before you post it." Sharing the screenshot of my comment before posting it especially threw me off. It made me deeply uncomfortable that I am refunding the purchase right after I post this review. I felt it was totally unethical. That is a pity considering I tried the service and was still experimenting with it and was so far pleased with the heat maps. But, ethics is really important for me in a company. And, a company asking me to send them my review ahead of posting it on review platforms really appeared unethical. UPDATED REVIEW The company replied to the review indicating that I might have misunderstood the request which is plausible. I might have misunderstood the communication before to denote that the company sought to vet my review before I posted it. Fair enough. I am leaving the review above and updating the review to 4 stars, as my review was really not about the product per se but about an email. I guess it is unfair to the company to rate them really low about their email communication and not the service. I appreciated the company's mature response.

GBWorks as expected There are few things which should be improved, like the recommendations. Otherwise, the software meets all the expectations.
