Company with false pretenses The owner is 19/20 and is very insecure. I had a subscription the "Ultimate Discord Bot Hosting" and he deleted my account for my IP not matching my state since I was on a hotspot. He lied and said I used a VPN when I did not. He said he had a backup saved and I created an account to see if I could create an account and it turns out my account was deleted. They have no respect for privacy. He is slandering me saying my information is incorrect when was not incorrect on my original account with all my services! Will be reporting to the BBB and Complaint Board and FTC. Update: Only 2 accounts were created. One with real information (the one that had services) and one with fake information (the one that didn’t have services TO SEE why my account was not resetting the password as you incorrectly did not say the date maintenance was suppose to be completed 1 week before it happened on a Monday so of course people would think it would be the next day not next week on Tuesday. While I was staff I changed my information but you said to not change my information, so I changed it back. You told my in private messages that my account has been deleted so you cannot say that is false information everything is logged. I was TOLD by YOUR staff that you lied. 1. They said you’re international that you do not live in the state that was in your account details that you reside in. I do not have a STATIC IP and you cannot force my ISP to have a static IP and nor is it anywhere in your TOS that I should have a STATIC IP. As well, you cannot say a impersonated people (false claim; accusation) as ALL accounts had the same name as stated on the invoice. You cannot create more than 1 account with the same email so how is that? This makes no sense and you guys are contradicting yourself. I was originally told my “invoice” was deleted, yet it was not... Just merged... THE OWNER removed it because I did not and had no permissions to remove it. To conclude, I have already bought a new hosting - and they have not created as much trouble as you have with my hotspot and dynamic home IP. You guys have told me you won’t be refunding or activating before I bought my new service and you have stated that even if I email you from my EMAIL that you cannot tell me the email or last 4 of my card # that I used with the according transaction ID. Your staff are your representation as well. Updated: "intentionally accessing a computer without authorization or in excess of authorization" - Fraud/Abuse Act Have proof I never had the ability to delete invoices as I was demoted and told that I could change it but he never let me. Fraudreport.com is fake. Any discord messages can be faked as well as edited You say my information is fake and you need my ID but in fact you think that reporting me will do anything. I don't need a refund I have plenty enough money & I already have a hosting service that I'm currently using since you guys. Never ddos'ed anything. You have no proof it was me. Never messaged you for months and also only left one trustpilot review. Those accounts were discord accounts not PROTONSERVERSHOST accounts which makes your claim again... FALSE! EVERYTHING you say is contradicting and false. It's pretty great. You see guys that’s why I haven’t been arrested or charged because PROTON SERVERS IS a liar. They’ve been reporting this post for 2/3 months. You didn’t even report me I already had an account and made a query and there was none. Updated: Well good luck. You won’t get anywhere this review will stay up you obviously had customers who didn’t like it, but you report every review and they keep going up because you false report. You just think you’re in the right, but you’re not. I’m not arguing with someone who’s stating false false false.
