If you look at another provider, you're making a huge mistake. If you want the best experience, you can get don't even think about going with any other server host! The service and communication are the best there possible in the market! The team takes care of the customer first and is amazing to work with.

Customer support Customer support is top notch. The staff is always there and ready to support you with what ever you need. I haven't had any issues yet that couldn't be resolved in the matter of minutes.

Second to none Service I am senior staff on multiple Rust servers that use SSH for our hosting needs. No matter what time it is they are there to help. Even something as simple as a restart because staff is not able to hop on they will do it. I have dealt with multiple host and it can take days to hear back from them when an issue arises but that is never the case with SSH.
