GBI WAS BILLED TWICE I was billed twice, again, but I didn't realize I had two subscriptions running concurrently when I only needed one! I cancelled one of them but I still showed a charge on my credit card. Oliver at Zooka support refunded the amount to my account that same day! Also, I use 2 laptops and it was as if Oliver read my mind, sent me my code to unlock Zooka on my other machine too, without my having to ask. So my experience with Zooka support was outstanding thanks to Oliver. Thank you Oliver, & thank you Zooka

ESI agree with recent posts I agree with recent posts. Don't waste your money. They seem to have disappeared with with mine and several other peoples money. I paid as usual for the Ultimate cover which I haven't received. No response from them for over 2 weeks since they took my payment on automatic renewal with my debit card so no chance of getting my money back and I'll have to cancel my card so they can't take any more. Let's hope the US authorities look in to their dealings.

GBI sent out an installation question by… I sent out an installation question by email thinking I wouldn’t hear back for at least 24-48 hours. I received a response within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Zookaware for their support as well as their product!
