Unmatched price to performance. I have been using reliable site in the Miami location for a few months now and I am genuinely very happy with service. Their price to performance is unmatched elsewhere and I'm yet to encounter an issue with the network. However, I have 2 5600x dedis and both were having serious thermal issues in their stock configuration (High 80°C - low 90) at 30% cpu load. Thankfully, I was able to contact support regarding this matter and on both occasions they upgraded the server cooling solution rather promptly. Overall, I'd recommend giving rs a try, I haven't had any issues with support, reliability and their price to performance is unmatched.

Not worth the stress + KVM access barely work. So many problems with this hosting provider I don't know where to begin. 1. Their network randomly drops connections and they have to reassign your servers IP 2. Their KVM access barely works 1/2 the time so forget accessing your server if it's ever out. 3. Their admin panel is sloppy has broken links that they know about (ie. KVM) and refuse to fix 4. There's no way to get a timely response if you have an urgent outage. 5. Their support never acknowledge the very obvious issues with their KVM. In all the stress you'll be under trying to get them to respond when you can't access your server is not worth it. They will rush to respond to this ticket with a canned response, but won't take the 5-minute it takes to fix the broken https link to their VPM system in the server manager dashboard.

Great Price and Fast Service The pricing is what draws you in initially, but the customer service (so far) has been excellent. It's easy to purchase new servers, I've set up several, so much so that I ended up becoming a reseller. Occasionally, whatever script is used to provision the server "withing 10 minutes" fails and I'm unable to log in initially. A quick email to support gets that fixed easily. I'm usually up and running in 10-30 minutes even if something goes awry. It does help that they have a data center located near me, so speeds are great and latency is low!

Great prices, but support is trash These guys have some of the most competitive pricing in terms of dedicated servers, but the support is absolutely trash when you need it. Don't get fooled by the fast response and live chat you get presales as it's nothing like that once you become a paying customer. Their ticket support system is horrible, their server management tools are unreliable and their response time is not to be trusted if you are running mission critical services on their servers. If they improve their tools and support process I will update this review to a higher star rating, but for now customers need to be aware.
