Loved the features this app offers! The app was easy to use!!! I’m not good with technology but I could navigate his app pretty easily. This is a great service to realtors and property managers. I love the accept/deny letter feature and that you can just fill in the information for creating the lease. Thank you!

Easy to use! I actually missed the webinar and only had the 3 minute video intro to rent spree, but had to submit an application. I was able to navigate and set it up without fully knowing what rent spree could offer. It was super easy to use and got the information I needed first try. I was very impressed.

It is great It is great. There are two things that you may want to work on: 1- Many realtors are not aware of this cool feature as this feature is not in front of our eyes :) 2- I am not sure if future tenants can see the information of an available house for rent that the landlords post online!

I was a little confused with how it worked so I called customer service. The gentleman that answered (can’t remember his name) was extremely kind and very helpful. I am hooked!!
