Love Gympass options and customer support My family and I love the Gympass perk provided by my organization. We have all found local gyms that work for us and like the variety to switch it up. When I have an inquiry about my account and the college age dependents that I add/remove the customer service has been exceptional. I always receive a swift reply, and everyone has been helpful and professional.

Great progress in variety and number of gyms! I've been a user for almost a couple years and the number of gyms is growing faster now than in the beginning and they released a new app that is awesome.
