Works great, simple to use, and reliable I am now able to download videos from various video services (in addition to YouTube), including websites where my older download tool failed to download. SnapDownloader is very impressive, and yet it is also very easy to use. It simply works, and has been very reliable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of SnapDownloader. For context, my line of work is that of a Software Engineer, and I am old-school and value stability and simplicity over unnecessary or extra features/fluff.

Error when downloading In reference to my problem I received an immediate response from the support team (Alex) He provided clear instructions on what info to provide in order for him to research the problem. Even though it was over the Christmas break period he still provided professional and prompt assistance. The issue has now been fixed. Thank you Alex.

Good. Most importantly it seems to download any channel and can do shorts too... Some UI improvements would be nice though.
