GBLike the idea. So I really like the idea but this could be much better. Setting everything up is annoying, it crashes sometimes and I have to start over. It very rarely has the transaction correct as to active or under contract. Just needs a good revamping. Will continue to us though. Would also like to have my contact information shared better. Right now I'm adding myself as a service provider and if their name is before J then they pop up above me. It is the best one I've found so far, so that's something.

GBI would not be able to run my business… I would not be able to run my business without folio!! The timelines keep me, and everyone else in the transaction, on track. The email folders save me time that I would spend hunting through hundreds of emails and searching for contacts. I am so thankful for this service.

GBTimelines "disappear" Regularly The timelines seem to "disappear" from team members viewing often and I have to resend. It is also frustrating to have to wait for responses only online. Some things really would be solved more quickly with a phone call. Lastly, I would love to have the option to differentiate timelines on my calendar, by color and by naming.
