Great way to keep organized Not sure how I would keep my transactions straight and who belongs to which property and my inbox cleaned up without Folio?!

I rely on Folio to keep track of my… I rely on Folio to keep track of my emails in a very organized way. My clients love the timeline provided and the fact that no deadline is missed. Folio keeps you informed of the deadlines so you can rely on the fact that your customers will never be out of compliance with the contract they signed.

Organization is Key to getting killer client reviews! I have done Los Angeles Westside residential real estate sales since 1999 and this is definitely one of the best tools to: 1. Help your clients stay on track of transaction timeframes with the timeline & list key contacts for the transaction all in 1 place 2. Keep myself on top of all transaction details using the timeline (which helps me stay organized and avoid forgetting things) 3. It makes the process of gathering emails for the Communication Log that's required by my company totally effortless

Contract to close perfection! I’ve used Folio for about 4 years and it has been nothing short of amazing. It’s the perfect contract to close tool for anyone with a real estate business- it essentially eliminates the need for a Transaction Coordinator! I get compliments often from partners and clients for being so “on top of things” and “well organized” and I have to thank Folio for that. I love Folio!

Like the idea. So I really like the idea but this could be much better. Setting everything up is annoying, it crashes sometimes and I have to start over. It very rarely has the transaction correct as to active or under contract. Just needs a good revamping. Will continue to us though. Would also like to have my contact information shared better. Right now I'm adding myself as a service provider and if their name is before J then they pop up above me. It is the best one I've found so far, so that's something.
