GBLike the idea. So I really like the idea but this could be much better. Setting everything up is annoying, it crashes sometimes and I have to start over. It very rarely has the transaction correct as to active or under contract. Just needs a good revamping. Will continue to us though. Would also like to have my contact information shared better. Right now I'm adding myself as a service provider and if their name is before J then they pop up above me. It is the best one I've found so far, so that's something.

GBFOLIO Rocks! I have been using Folio for several years now and just upgraded to the Team version! I am very happy with this system and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a grasp on their business but just isn't the micro-organizing type of mind. This program keeps you on top of it all.
