Customer Service is 0. Here is the thing. I ordered USA fresh Ip address more than 24 hours ago. It says order received but pending. I contacted them and they asked my BANK CARD PHOTO. As they mentioned I send by cutting my bank number and showing other last 4 digits. Now they not reply. So, their customer service is 0. I think price also not lower than others. Not recommended for who need quickly and supportive cs

Also their customer support team is absolutely WONDERFUL! 24vc is definitely more expensive than the majority of other VPN services out there, but you get what you pay for, can’t recommend them enough.
