Great plugin at Great price with Great support!!! These guys are nothing short of the best. First, I switched to their Survey Maker plugin for Wordpress to replace an annual subscription with a survey service that came with tons of limitations on the number of surveys, number of respondents, etc. Now, with Survey Maker, I have no limits. Period. Their prices are affordable. And you do not need to pay another yearly/monthly subscription. You can buy the plugin. Thank you! There are too many subscription services nowadays. Everybody wants to be a Netflix. Enough! And then... Their service support is out of this world. I needed to tweak the plugin to satisfy one of my requirements and they did it for me in less than 24 hours for free. It's... Impressive!

Their support is terrific - a key requirement for serious websites Their support is terrific, they respond very quickly - a critical need for any website that has a significant dependency on the plugin. We use their popup plugin and they just added a new feature after we asked, that does lazy image loading, thereby making the initial page loading much faster, which is very relevant in e-commerce. We found an issue a couple of years ago, reported it to them and within a day, we had fixed version. Highly recommended
