I am very happy with the file manager, and having full FTP access. So far the only things I might wish for would be an option for increased memory, and more hosting locations. I am in Silicon Valley, and I would like to see something in San Jose, SF, or at least So Cal. But tgats,about it.

no confirmation of services email ever… no confirmation of services email ever sent out....ftp services constantly boot due to an ""ip ban"" tickets answered with a bot answer ......service generally is crap sorry....ppl need info sent to email after for not only reciept purposes but also info for rcon/ftp installing mods is imposible with it banning the ip ??

Ive been here 3 in different events Ive been here 3 in different events, and always have great support, servers are stable and lag free. (only some times you get little lag spikes) Cost is good, could do better instead of 25 people increase (smaller packages for friends that are not over 25 or 50), but I understand the business works this way.

They have good support They have good support. I was having trouble with a Dark & Light server, and asked to switch to Conan Exiles. Their support was nice, and they let me switch to another server type without hassle and charge. Their servers were also responsive and worked to my satisfaction. Thanks.
