Great product and responsive team The service is solid. We generally use the API, which is a huge time-saver, but the web interface is also very useful. I've found the developers responsive to both questions and input. They're very invested in improving the product, and are continually adding features which make it more efficient to use. I'm very happy we found the service.

Clear 1 star rating Clear 1 star rating. I have made a lifetime deal with Appsumo, they don´t comply I got all services cancelled, they never respond neither on mails and chats, the support is simply not existing. Keep your hands away from them, there are more reliable players around and with a better service.

Play.ht remarkable tool for TTS jobs Three years ago, searching for the best TTS site, in fact, had tried a few of them. But nothing lasted more than two months, either due to the complexity or limited features. Came across the play.ht (.ht extension is an enigma to me; I still wonder what it stands for :)) in a discussion forum, and tried, still continuing and would continue. I've seen remarkable product updates from play.ht including the latest top-notch 'ultra realistic' voices. On top of all, play.ht team has given me excellent service support.

Rating product and experience with Iram. I'm rating the experience I had with Iram, great. The product... well, it's expensive, and I just learned the words won't roll over to the next month, so it's bad enough you remove words when we decide to add quotes and commas, but now I learn they roll over, that's pretty lame. The whole point of talking with Irama is because your service was down. I had to find this out myself via another website because Iram couldn't tell me, nor did your own website tell me. You really need to be transparent when you are up and down as so we don't waste our time trying to generate stuff.
