I worked with Sheldon to get my full license and will say the entire process was very easy. The plug in itself is very user friendly and will give the ability to so many to customize our website for their needs.

BEWARE---900% price increase Great app. We've been using them for a couple years and have been very happy with the software. I was just notified our pricing has increased from $149/month to $1,500/month! I've used all kinds of software and I've never encountered a 900% price increase! I was given no explanation beyond that our monthly visitors exceeds 100k and that I had until the end of the month to pay up of the app will disconnect. Great software ==> Rotten followup and sales practices.

As for the widget, it's outstanding, I would write a review about the widget itself but I am not a user simply a host of the widget. However, i can speak to the impact it will have on our clients using our website. These are clients with an autism spectrum disorder and/or a learning disability.
