Finally they kept their word. Happy for their timely help I was disapponted when it has been a week which is outside the te window ( 1-3 business days) that they mentioned on their site. But has requested them to consider my ticket on priority and there they go within a day the admin assures me that the unlock will be done by EOD. Just after few hours after that mail received another mail saying that my phone is successfully unlocked. Checked with an international sim and it's absolutely working fine. Thanks a lot chronic unlocks team. I would recommend your service to others.

Didn't provide what they promised. Ordered an unlock for my phone over a month ago, their website says 1-5 days wait, and I've heard nothing back. I've emailed their support a number of times and they don't provide any meaningful answer. Just a generic email saying their reviewing my request, 2 weeks later still no real answer. Even if they eventually do get me an unlock code it's been well beyond what their website says. I wasted my hard-earned money.

Trustworthy and Effective!!! Great site to get your unlock. My iPhone 5S was ATT locked and I got it unlocked here. (Being deployed overseas, I need the fastest, newest phone to communicate better and keep in touch with my family; local phone call price compared to $2.99 USD/per minute with ATT would make life that much more stressful and having to cut the calls short saying that I can't stay long on the call, with family I don't even get to see enough!) Super reliable! Had to purchase the express order because a different site ended up not being able to unlock my phone, and I'd been preparing to leave the country in a few days. Great correspondence via email, got the job done within the given time frame! If you need to get a rush order, shoot them an email and let them know.

Be prepared to wait for iCloud removal. The company and Will are great and extremely polite. However their iCloud removal service took an extremely long time to the point where I just decided to send Apple the invoice instead and have it removed rather than wait any longer. Didn't take long to get a refund, which was cool. Don't let the iCloud issue affect how you view Chronic Unlocks though, every other unlocking service they provide is legit and works without issue :)
